Returns Policy
All goods are shipped with 100% satisfaction guarantee subject to these conditions:
1 – Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery
2 – We do not refund for ‘change of mind’ reasons, but we will happily exchange for other products in our range (Postage paid by purchaser)
3 – Guarantees are extended to the original purchaser only and do not extend to any third party recipient.
4 – Postage is non refundable. Damaged replacements will be posted free of charge.
Warranty
All of our products are covered under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regulations and responsibilities. The warranty covers all material and workmanship defects under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months. All customers, regardless of their location are covered by this warranty condition. During the warranty period we will replace at no charge any products deemed to be at fault under these regulations. Proof of faults and evidence of use may need to be presented.
